multiple issues / suggestions

sometimes the core jacket gets hotter than the inner core
im not entirely sure what causes this but i think it might be an issue with uneven neutron flux distribution

reactor shielding/meltdown containment block
currently it takes 3 blocks of stone to make somewhat contain the neutron flux and stop a meltdown from becoming an issue outside the reactor itself

a block that blocks most of the neutrons ~98% and is fairly blast resistant would solve the latter issue
