Currently the configuration file looks extremely long and verbose. I guess it is better to separate my UI configurations into different package.
Also, some core packages such as evil must be configured to further customize my workflow. As such, it might be time to re-organize package installation order based on the elpaca "queues".
For example, installation of packages can happen in different "phases", not based on package category.
