Hexfile merge with firmware for pinecilV2 not working

I tried merging a Prebuilt Firmware for the PinecilV2 into the Bootup Logo.
The Script took extremly long to run, and generated some Strange >500MB big dfu Files and >1,5GB HEX Files.

Note: The normal Pinecil works fine.

I don't have a Pinecil on hand for testing, but the hex Files look much more Promising. I will get back to you on Monday.
