[BUG] The setting: "Location for new attachments". . doesn't produce the same behavior as ${noteFolderPath}. #239

Regarding the setting: "Location for new attachments".
I expect . to produce the same behavior as ${noteFolderPath} because ./test2 creates a folder that is relative to the parent folder of the note.
NOTE: . may be the only way to specify putting attachments in the vault root.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create "test/Untitled 4.md"
- Set "Location for new attachments" according to one of the options in Actual Behavior
- Drag image into file
Expected Behavior
The setting "Location for new attachments" produces equivalent outcomes when set to either ${noteFolderPath} or .
