I don't really care about this inaccuracy as it's almost impossible to even see, but the camera zoom levels are merely approximated. This can be observed by zooming in as closely as possible and comparing the rendered scenes; the original will be slightly smaller. This is further evidence that the levels are actually some arbitrarily "weird" value, which isn't how camera zoom is implemented here.
This has been noted in the docs when I first implemented the orbital camera system. Probably not worth fixing, but still - a curiosity.
