[FEAT] Add nested apps to the homescreen when the parent is removed

When apps are nested behind a main app or are removed from the nesting behind an app. For example say you have four apps nested behind the Facebook app....

When you delete the Facebook app the four apps nested behind it should be automatically added back to the home screen without any sort of user prompting or actions.

This should be automatic for any app that is removed from a nesting.

Basically auto re-addition of a nested app back to the home screen after removal from nesting.

Otherwise people may forget or get confused as to where their apps went and how to re add them to Home Screen.

I personally don't like this behavior but wouldn't be against someone making a pr for an optional setting
