[FEAT] Option to remove wiggle mode check

The nesting of apps should be available without entering homescreen editing. This would make for a much smoother user experience.

For example, when you swipe up or down on an app at any time the available nestings with the circle and plus sign should automatically be available and immediately usable to create new nestings.

If a nesting spot is taken by existing apps the remaining open slots should be available for immediate editing and visually represented by the circle and plus symbol.

I found the icons looked messy so I only show them when in edit mode, it would be simple enough to create an option which skips this check.
