Allow ARAX to revert to older TRAPI-version KPs #2574
Description
ARAX is now officially on TRAPI 1.6.0. But all its KPs are still on TRAPI 1.5.0.
It would be ideal if ARAX could automatically fall back to older TRAPI versioned KPs when the latest version is not available.
However, as a temporary workaround,

kp_info_cacher.py hard codes all KPs to be TRAPI 1.5.0. This will need to be backed out as we start migrating to TRAPI 2.0 (currently in development)
