are we able to use gfx1200 gpus for ai in windows?

as a complete pleb I don't quite have a clear idea of the situation with 9070 gpus and ai, specifically the 9070xt, is this supposed to work right now or are we waiting on software to drop so we can use it on windows for image generation, thank you in advance for any information
