Hi Scott, Sorry to interrupt you so much. I thought this would be the
pre-built wheel files. I want to set it up for ai use with comfyui.

If you want to use the Windows tarballs like how the HIP SDK is used, you
could try setting environment variables like HIP_PATH. Though note that
this has not been tested much - the current focus has been on testing the
Python packages together with PyTorch. General support for other projects
and workflows may take some additional engineering work to enable.

I notice that GIthub Action build of Prebuilt tarballs and ROCm Python packages for Windows platform is passing, but I can only see Linux version here(https://github.com/ROCm/TheRock/blob/main/RELEASES.md#installing-from-tarballs).
Anyone knows how to install C++ Prebuilt tarballs package for Windows?
