Rak 1W kit purchased this year and worked perfectly for a couple months. Then one morning it stopped entirely and I am unable to get any response from the device
When plugging the device in, whether to a data USB port or with power only, the LED illuminates red
When plugging in the device to a computer via USB, the computer does not recognize that a device has been attached. Device settings > USB shows COM 1 when I plug in another Meshtastic device into the same USB port using this same cable, but the Rak does not show up
Double-pressing on the reset button has no effect. LED remains on the whole time and computer continues to not recognize the device
Holding the reset button while plugging in the USB, continuing to hold for 5 seconds, then releasing has no effect. LED illuminates red immediately when plugging in and computer continues to not recognize the device
Visiting flasher.meshtastic.com and attempting to enter DFU mode from there has no effect, as the browser doesn't even get to the point of attempting to connect to the serial port
Power via USB or battery has never been applied unless the antenna is fully installed, device has remained in a dry environment not exceeding 90°F, and device was protected from outside elements so no shorts should have occurred
