Implement bi-directional reading

During a transfer process, both phones should be reading each other, not just a one-way read from sender to receiver. This new link should be used to transmit information about which frames are already read to speed up the transfer process.

This is a really good idea - using the front facing camera, the receiver can relay updates to the sender on progress and even communicate state. i.e pending receive / receiving / done. so you can hook onto all those events and only generate during the receiving phase
