Add python example for converting degrees in [TWP_40_12_en]

While PR #218 solved the issue #211 by adding a python example, the english page for the lecture remains unchaged. It must also be updated with the relevant example.
The Spanish lecture at: lectures/TWP40/TWP40_12_en.html, also has a typo which should be fixed.
