Agreement With License and Certification of Code #20

Hi all,
We're at the point where we should agree on a license for the package. The current front-runners are 2-clause and 3-clause BSD. Please put in a comment as to your vote. After we settle on a license, every contributor should put in a GitHub comment here saying that they agree to the license and that all code they've contributed and will contribute is their own work and/or that they have permission to contribute the code to this package.
