If you're okay with output files being in one folder, then you should also be okay with keeping input files in one folder. So the question is, why do you keep input files in different subfolders in the first place? |

No if I have input folder with folders in them, I would like it to not just output files in root folder but put them in what folders they are coming from. It does not seem to do that. I have input files in sub folders because of different subjects..... |

"Only" took 7 and a half day :P - Anyhow, it is done.

Although I do not understand why the --batch_recursive would not be able to kinda make the folders that is in the input for the output - is this possible with some kind of commmand?
