Installation and running software.

Hi folks,

Apologies in advance for these noob questions, however, would someone be kind enough to guide me on how to install this software? I cant seem to get it to run through CMD.

You don't install it, just open cmd, drag and drop the .exe into the cmd window and use the recommended parameters.
