--highlight_words supports --max_line_width and --max_line_count.

Since r189.1 --highlight_words supports --max_line_width and --max_line_count.
It's not Whisper's wonky code, it's new implementation made by @JonasCz

Notes:
--sentence has no effect on --highlight_words.
--standard has effect because it just presets "max" args.

Allowed to use 'max_line_width' and 'max_line_count' without '--sentence' in r192.2.
