New args: prompt_max, reprompt, prompt_reset_on_no_end and new initial_prompt presets

Post feedback about these here:

New --initial_prompt presets:
default - consists only of the basic punctuation tokens.
auto - consist of 3 punctuated sentences.
Presets works fully only if --language is set.

New parameters :
--prompt_max
--reprompt [enabled by default]
--prompt_reset_on_no_end [enabled by default]

Implemented since r160.11.
It's mainly about solving no-punctuation and no-capitalization problems.
