Summary

Enable users to add descriptions to their published maps.

Intended Outcome

Users will be able to describe the intent/objectives of their district plan that can be shared with others.

How will it work?

A user will be able to enter a description for a shared map that will be displayed when other users view the map or among a list of maps.
