I lost my stuff

so I'm playing on a SSc world then I decide I want to take my SSc and put it on a normal save then I type uploadSSc (myname) and what do you know, it got rid of everything and I'm starting over, any help?

That's expected. /uploadssc will use your data during join to replace your SSC data.

If you don't have any backup, it's gone.
