Setup Terraform for projectreclass.org

Setup terraform for these steps:

1. Set up the most up-to-date version of this AMI: https://us-east-2.console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/home?region=us-east-2#ImageDetails:imageId=ami-03606352044f83fcd with size t2.micro
2. Get credentials (see: https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/faq/get-started/find-credentials/), login to Wordpress, and install the UpdraftPlus backup plugin
3. Download the backed-up files from https://s3.console.aws.amazon.com/s3/buckets/reclassltd.com?region=us-east-2&prefix=updraft-backups/&showversions=false (note: some images won't display until DNS cutover)
4. Update Route53 DNS to reference the new instance
5. Set up SSL (this will require waiting for DNS changes to propagate): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1M8Cr-qGt2RZHpkZvC3d_EA3GmUKuYIYu
