Incompatibility with nominatim URLs

Since the new version of nominatim URLs with additional slashes are not supported:

https://nominatim.org/2023/08/13/going-live.html

The OSRM Frontend continues to generate URL with additional for "search"m and thus is not working properly:

https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search**/**?q=arnedo&limit=5&format=json&addressdetails=1&json_callback=_l_geocoder_0
