What enhancement would you like to see?

On the website, it is possible for a user to look up an error code, i.e. 015-5015. If an error code has been added to the website database, a cause and solution—if known—will be displayed. Below that is a link to the setup guide in case a user hasn't fully set up Pretendo on their device yet, and a link which prompts the user to contact a moderator on the Discord server for more assistance.

Discord moderators do not primarily answer support queries; these are supposed to go to the support channel (so long as it meets that channel's criteria) or the Forum. To minimize any confusion and contractions (it is specifically stated in #modmail not to create a thread for support queries), and to reduce the time spent by moderators as well as the end user, I recommended this text on the website is revised to better reflect the appropriate support pathways.
