Configuration error v. 8.5.0.3 on PS 8.2.2

Hi,
I can't use this module (v. 8.5.0.3) because I get an error at the first configuration "*An error occurred, unable to retrieve data from PrestaShop Checkout module due to an unexpected response.**", same error when I click on Configure button.

The issue seems related to this call:
https:////index.php?controller=AdminAjaxPrestashopCheckout&token=9b1a0fe584be96c6165816111c502497

If I open this URL in my browser I get: The controller AdminAjaxPrestashopCheckout is missing or invalid

but the file AdminAjaxPrestashopCheckoutController.php is present in admin\controller folder of the module.

Already tried to uninstall and reinstall ps_accounts and ps_checkout modules, clearing cache, etc..
ps_account (v. 2.0.1) works fine.

Could anyone help me?

Configuration: PS 8.2.2 , MysQl 8.0, PHP 8.1.33, Apache 2.4

@lucaservile it looks like the controller was not registered in the PrestaShop database (ps_tab table) but I think this is the consequence of another problem, not the root cause. In order for us to know we need to investigate your module, your shop, your instance.

I solved the problem myself after your help.
The actual cause was an error during module installation (see screenshot) due to duplicate entries in the ps_country, ps_country_shop, and ps_country_Language tables. This caused an installation error and the controller wasn't registered correctly. The module code doesn't manage duplicate countries in these tables and this caused the error. However, I don't know where these duplicates countrie came from, they were very far countries (Bahamas, Cook Island, ...), not active and where we never have sold.
