Pay Now (express checkout) button in product page not working!

I have the latest version of the official "prestashop chackout build with paypal" module but I can't get the express checkout button to work on the product page
If instead I click on the PayPal PayLater button this works correctly
If I click on the express checkout button instead it shows me the paypal login screen but gets stuck with the circle spinning... (i have cleared the cache of browser try with different browsers, clear the prestashop cache but nothing... the problem not solve) The strange is if i click on Paypal Paylater Button all works. But i need express checkout button to work!

Can anyone help me solve the problem?

Hello @LorenzoTecnab during our regular tests we did not see a usecase where Express Checkout was failing, and we even tested it last Friday to verify some settings

So I think maybe the problem could be related to your shop: some other modules you also installed, or the theme you are using (some themes do have specific behavior or markup that does not work well with the PS Checkout module), or even a configuration setting.

I suggest reaching out to the Support team using this link https://help-center.prestashop.com/contact?psx=ps_checkout
because they will be able to verify your specific usecase (your shop, they can also check your PrestaShop account settings and your paypal account settings) 😉

but my question is why, in the same product page, the paylater button works (with non spinning circle) instead paynow button make only spinning circle end do not works? Instead in checkout page the two buttons works well.
Can you exlpain this strange behaviour?

No I cannot explain 😅 I agree this is very strange

But the buttons are actually rendered by PayPal SDK . So on your page you have 4 different pieces of software interacting:

1. PrestaShop Core
2. The theme you installed and the modules you connected
3. PrestaShop Checkout frontend
4. PayPal frontend items like the buttons

So sometimes 1 of these items do interact badly with 1 of the 3 others. This is what the Support team will investigate 😉
