Translations are broken on 9.0.x - my backoffice is partially english

Describe the bug and add attachments

I don't know what broke where, but translations are broken.

I updated translations from International > Translations > Add/update language > Czech > OK and my backoffice is half english.

Cache wiped many times, wiped manually, nothing.

The language pack zip downloaded is fresh. The XLF files inside also - from 29.11.2025 5:06.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 2025-11-21-9.0.x-prestashop_9.0.2.zip nightly build in Czech.
2. In BO, update language via International > Translations > Add/update language > Czech > OK.
3. See your backoffice is not fully Czech.
