Add hide/show block option (eye icon)

Hello 👋

I’d like to suggest a new feature:
Hide / show toggle for blocks, in addition to the delete option.

Why:

• The block stays in the layout/in the structure, but isn’t visible on the frontend.
• Makes it easy to re-use or re-activate content without rebuilding everything.
• Useful for seasonal content, temporary banners, A/B testing, etc.

What I’m proposing:

• An eye-icon toggle (visible / hidden) in the block controls.
• When hidden, the block does not render or is set to display: none (or similar).
• Visual indication in the admin to know which blocks are hidden.
