Steps to Reproduce

1. I went on this YouTube channel : https://www.youtube.com/@Feldup
2. My activity on Discord looked like that.. wtf?

This avatar is from a whole another YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@LaupokBazar)
3. And as you can see, there is also wrote "null" instead of the actual channel's name on my Discord activity.. on ANY YouTube channel I go on.

4. Now another bug, when I search for literally anything on the website, this is what shows up on my Discord activity

5. Now, again another weird bug, just.. just check this

Everything is wrong in this.. I was on this link (https://www.youtube.com/@Feldup/videos) scrolling through this guy videos.. and this is what shows up on my Discord activity.. 😭
After like 10 seconds, this is what showed up

Now the avatar is the right one, but.. wtf is the rest
("Les plus récentes" means "Latest" btw)

Expected Behavior

Get the real channel's name instead of "null" on the rpc, show the ACTUAL avatar of the channel I'm on instead of one from a whole another youtube channel, show in my rpc the ACTUAL thing I'm searching for. Etc.. I already explained all of this in the steps

I literally tried uninstalling & reinstalling the extension, restarting my pc, the browser, literally anything, and NONE of what I did fixed these weird bugs.
