Prototype new UI based on Vue.js

We're currently using Angular 2 for the web-based user interface. Angular's framework is fairly complex and might be a barrier to entry for people who don't have a lot of experience working with JavaScript UI frameworks. I'd like to experiment with Vue.js instead because it seems much simpler and easier to understand.

No promises, but I've been pretty interested in learning a simpler framework than Angular. I'll be reading whatever you produce here and plan to try my hand at being useful for something other than bug reporting and docs. :)
