On the home page, create a new section that displays past funding rounds:

Section title: "Past Funding Rounds"
Display 3 campaigns in one row: AI Public Goods, NEAR Retroactive Builders, and Open Source Software
Add "See all rounds" button/link
Ensure proper responsive layout
