Wouldn't it be beneficial to have different options like "Show system files/folders" hiding files belong to the Menu + Saves.
Additonally "Show Hidden files/folders" having the "Hidden" flag of the file system?

Reason: Because some homebrew has lots of folders and files like graphics that I don't want to see on the menu. Current "Hidden files" seems misleading to me. I expected files with Hidden filesystem flag are hidden.
