Feature Request: 240p menu option

I'm a speedrunner and need to run my RetroTink 4K on a mode without Triple Buffer for consistent input lag. Since the menu boots in 480i, it takes awhile for sync to be established, especially when it immediately switches to 240p and has to try and sync again. I have to wait 20s for everything to stabilize before I can do anything. Having an option to run the menu at 240p would solve this problem.

Why not use the new autoload feature to bypass the menu entirely? Also, there is an issue already open about this.

My bad, didn't see it. Using auto load still puts up a loading bar instead of booting straight into the ROM.

Noting that you will have to adjust the sd:/menu/config.ini after loading the menu at least once to turn off the progress bar.
I also note that this is a preview menu and has known issues with the menu video interface (especially PAL60) - loaded ROMs not affected..

Actually, same config change needed, but now in pre-release menu. There was a bug in the ROM linked above as it still showed the progress bar outline.
