Metallb speaker secret is not provisioned #27
Description
The bitnami metal-lb chart uses a pre-install helm hook as a means of ensuring its speaker secret is only generated once. This causes the Pulumi Helm v3 provider to skip creating this secret, which causes the speaker daemonset not to start.
