Add sample audit reports to reports/

Summary

The auditor generates self-contained HTML reports, but none have been committed to the repo. Sample reports demonstrate the tool's output quality and serve as regression baselines.

Desired Reports

• At least one adversarial test set report (reports/adversarial-30-YYYYMMDD.html)
• At least one real-article validation report (reports/{first-author-year}-YYYYMMDD.html)

Acceptance Criteria

• Reports are self-contained HTML (inline CSS, no external dependencies)
• Reports open correctly in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari
• All six report sections present: Executive Dashboard, Forensic Audit Table, Ranked Suspicion Index, Cleaned APA Reference List, PRISMA-Style Flow Diagram, Forensic Appendix
• Executive Dashboard gauge renders correctly

Notes

Generate fresh reports using the current v3 prompt rather than reusing cached outputs from prior sessions — this ensures the committed reports reflect current prompt behavior.
