[Feature] Display backup job status on public status page

Describe the feature
The status page is working great for the general overview of the PBS clusters. It'd also be good to have an additional status page for backup job statuses.

Use Case
Display backup health on IT monitoring screens

Alternatives considered
There is a similar application called Pulse that apparently does this: https://github.com/rcourtman/pulse

How important is this for you?
This and the cluster status pages are the only use for this system at the moment for us.

It'd also be good to be able to set a note/tag on the backup jobs to add clarify on the job. E.G the jobs are just being presented as
PBS:vm/101
Without checking on the cluster, there is no way of knowing which server that is.

Thanks @cberr2024 — interesting direction. The status page infrastructure can technically carry a second feed like this. Rough mental shape:

• Backup health as a per-job row (green/amber/red based on last N runs) pulled from PBS task log.
• Optional tag/note field on the job itself so the row shows something more human-readable than PBS:vm/101.

Not committing to a timeline — we'll look into it for a future issue round. Handing to @MrMasterbay to sit on the status-page pile for now. Pulse is a nice reference, thanks for the pointer.

It'd be good to have a customisable backup health view. Perhaps, 2 status widgits. One for last run and another for the last 5-10 runs.
If the last run was successful then it'd reduce the urgency of reviewing why backups are failing occasionally.

Having the tag isn't essential initially as if a backup has failed then it needs to be checked regardless of which it is. More of a nice to have.
