[Bug] Dont show disks formats that are not supported on selected storage

Describe the bug

If you select qcow2 as a disk format on a local-zfs storage pool (zfs mirror) and create a vm and select qcow2 as a image format, it can not be created.

"TASK ERROR: unable to create VM 102 - unsupported format 'qcow2' at /usr/share/perl5/PVE/Storage/ZFSPoolPlugin.pm line 256."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a setup with a zfs pool
2. create a vm in corporate design mode
3. select qcow2 as disk format when selecting zfspool
4. try to create the vm
5. get a error

Expected behavior

Only show formats that are allowed and working with the selected storage.
