[Bug] Show errors on vm-creation directly in the fitting wizard-tab

Describe the Bug

if you create a new vm, but forget the name of the vm in the first section it shows a not so userfriendly error when trying to create the vm:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Corporate Design verwenden
2. Neue VM erstellen
3. Namen vergessen
4. Neue VM erstellen
5. Fehlermeldung anschauen

Expected behavior

Show errors on creation directly in the fitting wizard-tab
or
even validate each tab before moving on to the next tab.

Environment

• PegaProx Version: 0.9.6 BETA
• Installation Method: install script from website
• OS: debian13
• Browser: Firefox 149.0.2 (64-Bit)
• Behind Reverse Proxy? yes but added via local ip not dns
• • UI? Corporate
