not working with NC13

@Patt92 I've updated my nextcloud to 13 version.
Workin2Gether app is not working anymore.
The app is disactivated and i unable activate it manually ..

as mentioned by @Hanz92 here , same method applied

You just need to edit
workin2gether\appinfo\info.xml

line 21
nextcloud min-version="9" max-version="13.0"

Just set max-version to 13.0 and it will work again!
