Broadcasting Autobans

When a player reaches the ban amount, for my server it is set to 4 the ban is broadcasted to the whole server. "User was banned for teamkilling 4 players".

I'll make this a config setting to disable server broadcasts or merge it in with the default ServerMod2 configs. Thank you for reporting this! I'll try to get it out in the next release.
