Ch1 - Could you give a reference link of Turing machine and Algorithm explainability?

Hi, I am the Chinese version translator of this book.

I have a question about Chapter 1:

Algorithm explainability began with the first complex machines in the 1940s, the
first being the Turing machine. Alan Turing himself struggled to explain how the
intelligence of his machine solved encryption problems.

It is so conflict for Chinese readers because Turing machine should be an abstract machine. So I have to add a reference link about it.
