Pipeline output changes

• samples: change any blank values to NULL
• samplesToChemicals: change any blank values to NULL
• zebrafishChemXYCoords: change any blank values to NULL
• zebrafishSampBMDs: SampleID should be first
• zebrafishSampBMDs: SampleName, is this column needed? I didn't have it in my original portal schema
• zebrafishSampDoseResponse: SampleID should be first
• zebrafishSampXYCoords: SampleID should be first
• zebrafishSampXYCoords: change any blank values to NULL
• chemical: Chemical_ID should be first
• chemical: occasional duplication is occuring in Chemical_ID
• Not really an issue, but in samples, it create duplicate entries if the sampleNumber is the same but sample start date is different. This is an issue with the data provided and will be fixed, but worth noting. (something for the shiny app)
