If I have multiple superfamily candidates, would it be legal for me to input multiple superfamilies to the model?

Yes, it is allowed. However, the model was trained using only a single superfamily as condition. If you input multiple superfamilies, the model's performance may not be as good as expected (depending on its zero-shot capability, which we have not evaluated).
