Current status

Lars Brinkoff (@larsbrinkoff) is currently working on I/O interrupt routines (pp. 24-49)

Sebastian Rasmussen (@sebras) appears to be working on the init code (pp. ?-?).

Paula Ash (@pashpaw) is working on the final pages of Tables, Lists, Queues, and Counters (pp. 9-22).
