Crash when host out of memory #43
Description
@Pul-Ess discovered that KLH10 will crash if the host machine is out of memory and allocation of a shared memory segment fails.
Specifically, inside dvrpxx.c rp_clear will fail if rp->rp_sdprp is NULL.
