Update contributor docs for dataset providers #255

https://input4mips-cvs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/contributing/ is excellent! If you are looking for feedback, here are some quick thoughts:
- instead of "contributing" perhaps this could be labeled for a more specific audience e.g., Contributing as a data provider or an overall developer?
- perhaps the steps involved in updating the documentation of the dataset could be highlighted separately. Basically, an answer to this question from a data provider - what do I need to do to update the documentation of my data now that a new version is on ESGF? I think it is " Summary of steps required to update this repository when a new data source is published on ESGF", so all this requires is updating the title to "Steps required to update this repository/data documentation when a new data source is published on ESGF"? And in the paragraph, indicate that this is also meant for data providers.
