Rules don't have id's

id's are not given to rules/sections, therefor you cannot link to specific links, which would be ideal.

I've seen this on other sites' rules and/or faq's and seems quite usefull

That seems like a good idea.

Also, this seems like a feature request and in the future make sure to get an admins approval before posting those in this repo.

It seemed more like an issue to me because i tried to link someone a specific rule on the forums, but found out that it was not possible yet

Being that @rmsy was assigned I believe it is an issue. I think that this is very beneficial to everyone.
