Create drop down menu for online players on forums.

With the large amount of players on the forums recently, the online players section grows far too large and extends the page down quite a bit.

Possibly a collapsible drop down tab that allows this section to be displayed. Off by default.

I like the idea, could be easily done using bootstrap's own collapse plugin, like i did with map information on my submission for a new /maps page

EDIT: since the playerlist is in a different column than the forum boards/topics, the only thing pushed down would be the footer. much different from how spazzy it is in my design ^^

This should be implemented for All of the side menus, so its much more condensed
