[UI] Add Google Analytics integration to website

We should add Google Analytics to the website for tracking traffic and engagement metrics.
The key itself will not be added to the repository — I’ll provide it separately (e.g., via environment variables or project settings).

Tasks:

Integrate Google Analytics script into the site (without exposing the key)

Use an environment variable (e.g., NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID) for the key

Verify tracking works in production

Notes:
Do not commit or expose any private key values in the codebase.

This is a great, practical feature. I can implement the Google Analytics integration using the NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID environment variable.
