[Feature] Add “About Us / Community” Page

Description:
Create an “About Us” page that presents the OpsiMate community and key contributors in a friendly and engaging way. The goal is to highlight the people behind the project — not just what we build, but who builds it.

Why:

• Strengthens the community connection by putting faces and names behind OpsiMate.
• Helps new members feel welcome and part of something growing and collaborative.
• Builds trust and transparency by showing that OpsiMate is built by real people from around the world.

Suggested Content:

• Short introduction about the OpsiMate mission and community spirit.
• Cards or sections for key contributors (avatars, names, roles, GitHub/LinkedIn links, country flags, short quote or fun fact).
• Highlight open-source contributors or community milestones (e.g., stars, Slack members).
• A call-to-action: “Join the community” with a Slack invite and GitHub link.

Design Notes:
Keep it friendly, human, and visually engaging — use light illustrations, emojis, or community-style photos to make it warm and welcoming.
It should be accessible from the main navigation menu and fit both light and dark modes.
