Detect reverse flow in MFC

If the oxygen/air supply hose is disconnected (or leaking), reverse flow may occur through the MFCs. It appears that the MFC feedback is an absolute quantity of flow: we may read +5SLPM, but in case of disconnected hose, this could be -5SLPM..!?
